Changing Landscapes of Vietnam Tour

Our changing landscapes of Vietnam tour starts in the heart of the French quarter of the cosmopolitan and busy Vietnamese capital of Hanoi. There is plenty of time to explore both inside the city and the outside surrounding countryside before heading east and boarding a one night, two-day cruise in the world heritage site of Ha Long Bay.

During your time in the spectacular and scenic National Park of Halong Bay you will get to explore hidden beaches, floating villages and fascinating caves. At the end of your relaxing cruise on board of a traditional junk boat, you head back to Hanoi and onwards to the picturesque harbour of Hoi An. Hoi An oozes with a character that captures the heart of those who travel here to relax on the nearby beaches or wander through the charming city streets.

For the next chapter of your Vietnamese adventure you travel down on one of Vietnam’s most scenic highways all the way to the old imperial capital of Hue. Once there you will enjoy a memorable countryside bicycle ride, where you get to experience local traditions before sailing down the Perfume River to discover the Forbidden Purple Citadel and Thien Mu Pagoda, and then returning to town to sample the refined and unique cuisine of Hue.

Your landscapes of Vietnam holiday concludes in the deep south in the busy and upbeat city of Saigon, officially known as Ho Chi Minh, which is the city that never sleeps. This bustling ever-changing youthful city with its amazing markets and neon nightlife will capture the feeling of a holiday to Vietnam perfectly. During your last couple of days here you will travel out to understand some of the country’s history at the Chu Chi tunnels as well as having time to explore the city’s main sights before heading home.
