Yes. Any traveller from any country can book with us.
Once you have chosen your itinerary we will send you your Asian holiday invoice. Upon receipt of the invoice, we require a 20% deposit payable on booking. With the balance payable 8 weeks before your travel date to Asia.
However, if the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the travel date; we require the full balance as soon as the itinerary has been confirmed.

All clients MUST have personal travel insurance adequate for their holiday and the activities they are going to undertake. We recommend using ‘InsureandGo’ to obtain a competitive and fully comprehensive quote.
Please check with the relevant Foreign Office for visa requirements and entry points for the countries you wish to travel in. You will receive a Holiday Information Pack before your trip which will include more information about visas for your trip destination(s).
Non-Asian nationals: The majority of our destinations require a tourist visa which you can purchase on arrival into the country either via airport, via seaport or via a border office when travelling by land. Tourist visas tend to last between 28-30 days and in some cases may be extended. Vietnam has recently introduced a visa free 15 day travel period for some European nationals.
Asian nationals: Many of our destinations do not require a visa for certain Asian nationals. Please check with the relevant Foreign Office for visa exemptions.
Please check with your national Department of Health for your recommended vaccinations.
Most Western countries advise vaccinations for hepatitis A and B, rabies, tetanus, diphtheria and polio and typhoid when visiting Southeast Asia.
No. We can accommodate groups of any size. Simply let us know the itinerary you are interested in or the specific destinations you would like to visit and we will tailor a program for you.
Yes. We can tailor make you a single traveller itinerary or we offer fantastic Group Tours with various set departure dates throughout the year. Simply let us know which date suites you and we will join you up with other travellers. Our Group Tours require a minimum of 3 travellers and a maximum of 6 to ensure they are sociable but retain a personal touch.
There is no age limit for our trips. Our tailor made itineraries take into account all of your preferences in regards to physical exertion. For our package tours, we offer a wide range of itineraries and each of them are flexible so there is always a trip to suit the traveller’s abilities.
Yes. We are happy for you to arrive early for your holiday or to take a short extension trip at the end. We offer a wide range of additional activities and trips that you may wish to choose from.
We use the best accommodation available to suit your budget and requirements. We spend a great deal of time searching out the best places for you to stay and hand-select all the accommodation we use. We choose your accommodation not just on standard, but also on character and convenience to ensure you have the best travel experience possible.
The activities and free time included on your trip are scheduled to a rough timetable, as shown on your itinerary. However this is your trip and we will accommodate your wishes wherever possible. For example, if you would like a later pick up time for a morning trip, simply inform your tour guide.
Please note: any changes to the itinerary timetable made by the client may mean less/no time for later planned activities or sightseeing.
This depends on your itinerary. We match our clients with the best guide for that specific area or activity so they may change during your trip. Certainly if your tour covers more than one country, your guide will change to suit that particular destination.
Long distances: Private transport is provided throughout. The style and size will depend on the number in your group and the region you are travelling in. All of our vehicles have air con, an English speaking driver and are serviced regularly. We can also arrange flights if you would prefer.
Short distances: Transport within a city may be in various forms; private minivan, car or tuk-tuk. This will be clearly detailed in your itinerary.
No. You will find that English is widely spoken throughout your trip with varying degrees of proficiency. Furthermore, your tour guide will be fluent in both English and the native language if you wish to communicate more clearly with a local.
That being said, we recommend learning and using a little of the native language with locals, where possible, to immerse yourself better into the culture and raise a few smiles along the way.
Asia is an ideal destination for children, being both safe and fascinating for little ones.With an abundance of stunning beaches, ancient temples and other amazing historical sites, wild jungles and thriving cities, Asia truly has something for everyone. Not to mention the range of exciting activities such as elephant trekking, horse riding and kayaking on offer.
We can arrange family friendly accommodation including family size rooms and most restaurants, cafes and shops here are also very well equipped for children of any age.
Our charity of choice is the Angkor Orphan Organisation in Siem Reap, Cambodia which provides a safe, healthy environment for local and orphaned children and a free education to these and other impoverished children. See Asia Differently donates $10 from every booking to this wonderful cause and, unless you have a specific cause or organisation in mind, we would recommend that you also donate to this organisation.
