About this Elephant Adventure Tour

Our Elephant Adventure in Cambodia is perfect for elephant lovers and for those who want to learn more about these magnificent gentle giants. On this elephant tour you will travel to the wilds of Cambodia’s North East for an intimate encounter with Asian elephants. You have a choice of either visiting an elephant sanctuary or enjoying an ethical elephant trek, where it will be possible to ride on an elephant’s neck.

This 4-day Elephant Adventure is a fantastic way to see these wonderful animals up close and personal. Your wildlife adventure, which can start in either Siem Reap or Phnom Penh, first takes you to the rustic riverside town of Kratie, home to the rare Irrawaddy dolphins. In order to see the Irrawaddi river dolphins, you can choose between a relaxing boat ride or a more active kayaking experience. From Kratie you will travel further east to Sen Monorom in the province of Mondulkiri. The area is beautiful and it is here, where you will get to interact with the elephants. After your Elephant Trekking or Elephant Sanctuary Experience, you will enjoy a BBQ dinner with a local tribe family, a huge highlight for anyone visiting the region.
