Cambodia is often associated with affordable travel, delicious street food, Buddhist temples, and breathtaking coastlines with pristine white sand beaches. However, this perception overlooks the country's rich wildlife as Cambodia is home to populations of Asiatic elephants, leopards, sun bears, and some of the world’s most endangered primate species.
On this wildlife journey, we’ll focus on a range of fascinating creatures, from rare freshwater Irrawaddy dolphins to unique primates, all while immersing ourselves in the awe-inspiring cultural and historical sites of Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious temple. Some of these ancient temples are beautifully being overtaken by the surrounding jungle. We believe that to truly appreciate the natural world, it’s essential to delve into the cultures and histories of the region. Understanding the needs and lifestyles of the local communities is key to creating sustainable conservation policies.
As we venture into Cambodia’s remote forests, searching for these incredible species, you can expect to explore some of the country's least-visited national parks and wildlife habitats, offering a wildlife experience unlike any other.
