Day 1 - Arrival & Welcome Dinner
You will be met at the airport in Siem Reap and then transferred to your hotel. For the evening you will be taken to the FCC (Foreign Correspondents Club) for a happy hour drink followed by a welcome dinner.

Day 2 - Floating Villages Tour
This morning you visit Kampong Phluk, which is a perfect example of one of the many communities living in the floating villages of Cambodia. You will also visit the flooded forest, home to some of Cambodia’s water-bird species, before a brief Tonle Sap boat tour. After the tour you will return to your hotel, where the afternoon is yours to do as you wish.

Day 3 - Siem Reap to Kratie | Drive: 6 hours
Today you depart Siem Reap in the early morning and begin the journey to a riverside town of Kratie. You will reach the bustling provincial city of Kompong Cham, where you stop for lunch on the riverfront. After lunch, you continue your journey passing through the old river port of Chhlong. Then pass many local villages until you reach the riverside town of Kratie, a sleepy Mekong port and gateway to an encounter with the rare freshwater Irrawaddy dolphins. Once in Kratie, you are free to explore the town and the local market as you wish; before enjoying a magnificent sunset over the river, if you’re staying on the mainland, or you can take a short boat trip to Koh Trong Island if you want to experience more rural life.

Day 4 - Irrawaddy Dolphins
This morning your Cambodia adventure tour journeys up the river to the dolphin pool of Kampi, it is the largest dolphin pool on the Mekong River and home to the rare Irrawaddy dolphin. You continue on to visit the nearby hilltop pagoda at Sambok Mountain, where you will climb the stairs to the top. You will have time to explore the area and admire the beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding rice paddies and countryside as you go.

Day 5 - Kratie to Sen Monorom | Drive: 4 hours
Today you cross back to the mainland, leave Kratie behind and transfer to Sen Monorom, passing through the lovely Cambodian countryside. Once you arrive in Sen Monorom you head straight to a local coffee plantation for a traditional lunch and the chance to sample wonderful local coffee. You then continue to your hotel, where you can enjoy the rest of the day settling into your countryside surroundings.

Day 6 - Cambodian Elephant Trekking & BBQ
Travel to a traditional tribal village to meet your guide and an elephant. From here you will enjoy an elephant ride through the Cambodian countryside past rivers and into the jungle. After enjoying lunch by a river, you have the amazing opportunity to swim and help wash your elephant before returning home.

Day 7 - Sen Monorom to Phnom Penh | Drive: 7 hours
Today you will leave behind the wild and fascinating northeast and start your transfer to Cambodia’s capital Phnom Penh. Along the way, you will stop at Kampong Cham for lunch, and then you will pause at Skuon, known locally as ‘Spiderville’, where, if you dare, you can sample the local delicacy of a deep-fried tarantula. Once you arrive in Phnom Penh you can explore the city under your own steam.

Day 8 - Cyclo Tour & Royal Palace
Enjoy a Phnom Penh cyclo tour in the morning, seeing the capital’s key sites, such as Wat Phnom, the National Library, the Central Market, Independence Monument, the National Museum, Phnom Penh train station, and, of course, the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. For the evening you will enjoy a cruise along the Mighty Mekong River, a perfect way to end any day.

Day 9 - Phnom Penh to Kampot | Drive: 2 hours
This morning you will get picked up from your hotel and be taken to the Choeung Ek (Killing Fields), which is located about 17km southwest of Phnom Penh and is the best known of the various Killing Field sites in Cambodia. You will spend the morning being guided around the site, learning about the turbulent recent history of Cambodia. After your tour, you will continue your journey south to the riverside town of Kampot.

Day 10 - Rabbit Island
Today you board a Cambodian boat, as you head out to Koh Tonsay (Rabbit Island). Your journey across calm water to this beautiful palm-fringed island, home to a small community of fisherfolk and farmers. Here you will find a stunning and secluded beach; you can enjoy the day relaxing on one of Cambodia’s best beaches.

Day 11 - Kampot (Salt Fields & Pepper Plantation Tour)
Today we enjoy a full day exploring the Cambodian Countryside surrounding Kampot and Kep, taking in the Pepper Plantations, Salt Fields and the majestic caves containing a 5th Century Hindu Temple. Lunch will be at the famous Kep Crab Market followed by a tour of the abandoned former Colonial holiday residences that line the boulevards of Kep.

Day 12 - Kampot to Siem Reap (Fly + Cambodian Circus)
Today you will drift further down the coast to Sihanoukville, before boarding a flight and flying back to Siem Reap. You the have a free afternoon to explore the markets or enjoy an optional tour. Then in the evening you will see the incredible Cambodian circus before dinner in town.

Day 13 - Angkor Temples & Cambodian Circus
The Angkor temples are a magnificent sight! Angkor Wat temple is by far the most famous and often compared to sites, such as Machu Picchu (Peru) and Petra (Jordan). It’s definitely a must-see. Your guide will be on hand to guide you through these magnificent Angkor temples.

Day 14 - Siem Reap (Free Day & Farewell Dinner)
Today you are free to enjoy the last day of your holiday as you wish. Your local guide will be able to give you lots of ideas. In the evening sit down to enjoy a farewell dinner.
