For a moment or a total retreat
If you’ve only got time for a quick session or if you want to try out yoga for the first time, we can arrange for you to join a yoga session, easy stretch or meditation group. If you like it, extend your stay for more yoga and stretchy goodness.
Take some time out to treat yourself, if not now, then when? A quick session might be what you need to see if you like yoga, or you may want to try and find your ideal yoga instructor. Whether you’re a novice, a natural or absolute yogi, we can find you a place to stretch out, tone up and centre yourself.

For an ultimate wellness escape spend 3 days of bliss at a haven not far from town. The ultimate yoga break with some of the best teachers and personal guidance to improve your technique or introduce new postures. Add in some acupuncture or healing and spa treatments and you will be floating on air.

Do you want a program that will leave you feeling zen from morning meditation through to evening, with pranayama and asana in between? Enjoy vegan and vegetarian dining to nourish you between sessions. Take classes in a beautiful garden to get a close to nature experience. Cool off in the swimming pool to complete the total indulgence for your body.
If you want to re-balance yourself, and get a total detox then you may like a program that encompasses fasting and silence in the weekly program. There is a range of basic accommodation, tasty meals throughout your stay (if you aren’t fasting) and a program of meditation and yoga that will surely rejuvenate your soul.
